Intellectual Property is Patents, Trade Marks, Registered Designs, Copyright
Copyright covers
Art, Literature, Music, Animation, Films, Games,
it is automatic and dates and records your work.
How long do they last?
Patents - max 20 years
Trademarks and logos - indefinite, renewed every 10 years
Design Rights - Up to 25 years, renewed every 5 years
Copyright - until 70 years after death
